Janitorial Services. In 1975, IHM Facility Services, then
known simply as Integrated Housekeeping Management, began
providing janitorial services to commercial accounts.
Since then, our business has grown, but
janitorial maintenance remains the cornerstone of IHM's service. |

With over 30 years of experience, IHM Facility Services is
un-matched in the contract cleaning industry. We've
literally seen and done it all, providing all-manner of
janitorial services to everything from food-processing
facilities to automotive plants to steel mills; successfully
managing our customers' employees, union employees or our own
appointed hourly personnel.
IHM works with our customers to determine
a well-defined and thoughtful maintenance programs that conform
to the needs of our customers and their budget constraints.
Our product in this respect is "Clean" and by
utilizing our one-of-a-kind Quality Assurance Audits, we can
objectively ensure that our customers are getting all of the
"Clean" they are paying for.
Our QAA performance measurement system is
the standard bearer of the industry, and acts as a white-glove
test for our customers. It's a program that is exclusive
to IHM that works in tandem with IHM's ISO 9001:2000 compliance
regulations and guides our management professionals in their
pursuit of customer satisfaction.
