September 1, 2006:  Hines, LaCarte promoted to District Managers

In an effort to further streamline IHM's organizational structure, effective immediately, former New Business Development Manager Benton T. Hines and former Sales Manager James V. LaCarte have been promoted to IHM District Manager-West and IHM District Manager-East, respectively.

Ben Hines is a former U.S. Navy Aviator with over 25 years of facility maintenance and management experience.  Hines joined IHM in 1986 as a Resident Operations Supervisor, before being promoted to Resident Operations Manager, Regional Manager and New Business Development Manager.

Jim LaCarte joined IHM in 1996 as a Resident Operations Manager after over 20 years of management experience in the manufacturing sector.  In 1997, LaCarte was promoted to Engineering Manager before joining the IHM Sales Division in 1999.

This strategic realignment to IHM's leadership structure will allow IHM to consolidate it's sales and executive management divisions, provide improved support to Resident Operations Managers and renew IHM's commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
